If you are ready to place an order send us an email to hello@aria-collective.com with the subject header “New Wholesale Order” with the following information:

• Desired product names/ colors, SKU numbers & quantities
• Preferred ship date*
• Shipping & billing address
• Who we should invoice (contact name and email)

Please note that we will not ship orders until we have received payment.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be assumed and covered by the client based on weigh and distance.

TIMING

The majority of our products are handmade and made to order, shipping time may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. If you need product in-house sooner, we suggest reaching out to us with the ideal order.

Products in stock may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

RETURNS

Please inspect your order carefully, any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery for credit or exchange.
